Check-in / Check-out Times

CHECK-IN: From 2.00pm until 7.00pm.

LATE CHECK-IN: From 7.00pm by prior arrangement please email us at least three days before, or if within three days call us to get after-hours key-code access to your keys.

CHECK-OUT: Before10.00am. Ask us if it's possible to check out later.

Payment Methods Accepted

Cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard and Visa (We don’t accept American Express).

Reception Hours

8.00am to 7.00pm. If you wish to check out earlier than 8.00am, please settle your bill the night before and leave your key in the key drop located outside reception.

Drinks and Snacks

We have a large range of beers, wines, cider, bubbly and mixed drinks available for purchase at reasonable prices from reception until 7.00pm. You can also SMS your drinks order and room number to 0488 859 883. Your drinks will be charged to your room and will be delivered to you within 15 mins! (Available until 9:00PM).

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if you cancel your booking 24-hours before your check-in date. For example, if your booking is for the 15th of February (check-in), you must cancel on or before the 13th of February or you will incur booking fees.

Other Conditions

A Credit Card is required when booking. No Smoking inside rooms (Extra cleaning charges will apply). A photo ID will be required at check-in. Smoking is permitted outside your room.
